After getting bit by the acting bug in high school, I pursued a degree in theatre from a small state school in New Hampshire, moved to New York City after graduation, started a theatre company, bankrupted myself, moved back home, founded, directed, and performed in various improv groups around New England, and then became a teacher, which I've been doing for the last 17 years.
